How does it work?
We will have access to your entry points cameras via the Cloud/Online Backup and we will review every 24 hours footage to see if the entries were legit and if members did not bring in other people with them who are not the members. It takes us a few hours every day to look at your footage and give you the names of people helping non-members to enter, you can shoot them an email warning or call for an explanation and take necessary actions.
How do we know their names? We will need your member’s entry and exit data daily in an excel sheet or any other way to see when someone entered and when someone exited, (this can mostly be automated). This is mainly done with membership card scans at the entry door or key card scan data from your user management system. let’s talk further about process refining based on your existing system in place.
That’s not enough!
We make the reports daily and send them to you to deal with the illegal entries in the basic package but if you want us to send them emails and follow the due process we can provide that service as well for a little bit extra cost. We will send warnings, shoot them emails or call for an explanation and take the necessary actions against continuously non-complying members.
Replace my receptionist!
To completely replace the receptionist we have a virtual receptionist service plan for you in which our trained professional will greet each member on point of entry and deal with them via high-definition camera, a tv screen on both sides, and quality microphones on both sides. This way we can explain your membership deals sign new members and answer the queries of all visitors.
